Cancellations
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Returns
We accept returns. Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to return the product. In order to complete the return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your item to the manufacturer. There is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification of receipt. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Overdue or Missed Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited. If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
